You can reach out to them regarding any query related to Southwest Airlines check-in, cancellation flight, print boarding pass, Early bird check-in etc. This improves your seat selection options since you will be boarding after pre-boarding. Another option would be to utilize a mobile boarding pass saved to your phone.
